Job Description

  • Establish and maintain relationships with local warehouse and logistics providers to optimize operations and negotiate costs.
  • Accurately assess and analyze operational costs, identifying areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Develop strategies for optimal resource utilization to enhance profitability and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
  • Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with safety standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement in operational processes across multiple sites.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management within a 4PL or logistics environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of local logistics and warehouse providers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and analyze operational costs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and vendors.
  • Ability to travel frequently across the eastern region of Thailand.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English communication.
