Job Description



  • Meet assigned sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the designated territory.


  • Visit prospective clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure orders while establishing new customer accounts.


  • Handle contract negotiations, including tenders and terms, and prepare related sales documentation.


  • Collaborate with distributors to convert customer needs into sales and drive mutual growth.


  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, gather feedback, and assess potential market share.


  • Provide regular sales updates, including reports on performance, lost deals, and market competition.


  • Organize and lead product training sessions, marketing campaigns, and distributor engagement activities.



The Successful Applicant



  • Strong command of written and spoken English


  • Over 5 years of experience in direct and/or channel sales


  • Highly customer-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach


  • Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote teams across regions


  • Target-focused with a results-driven attitude


  • Analytical mindset paired with innovative problem-solving capabilities


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
