The paper trading company specialises in packaging materials such as corrugated and box board products. It operates as part of a global network with a presence in Southeast Asia and Europe, focusing on distributing quality paper materials for the corrugated and offset markets.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and identify new prospects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and improve results.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.



The Successful Applicant

  • Mature and energetic personality with a proactive and dynamic approach (preferably mid-career, active, and enthusiastic).
  • Background in packaging industry, particularly with experience in Paper & Pulp, Paper Mills, or related sectors.
  • Outgoing, extroverted, independent and adaptable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a hunter mindset focused on new business development.
  • Willing and able to travel extensively within the country as required for client visits and business development.
  • Workable English communication skills, both spoken and written, sufficient for professional interaction and reporting.
