The Head of Supply Chain will oversee the entire supply chain operations, from procurement to delivery, focusing on manage team of 80-100 people, ensuring effective management and optimisation of all processes. The role will require the successful candidate to strategise, develop and implement supply chain plans in line with business objectives.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in demand planning, supplier management, and lean manufacturing to optimize operations
  • Ensure supply chain resilience, risk management, and contingency planning to mitigate disruptions.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals across multiple functions.
  • Work closely with engineering, finance, sales, and quality teams to align supply chain processes with company objectives.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Enhance supply chain visibility and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Head of Supply Chain' should have:

  • Intense experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the Automotive, Electronics, Packaging, or Automation industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams and drive a performance-oriented culture.
  • Ability to manage complex global supply chains and multi-tier supplier networks.
