Job Description

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to supply chain and plant leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals
  • Lead talent planning, performance management, and succession initiatives across operations and supply chain functions
  • Provide insights and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Collaborate with COEs and shared services teams to deliver integrated HR solutions
  • Proactively manage employee relations, support managers in resolving complex HR issues, and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Champion company values and drive engagement, morale, and continuous improvement across functions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by bringing strategic thinking and strong business acumen to HR decisions

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role supporting supply chain or manufacturing
  • Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with leaders at all levels
  • Strong strategic thinking and a business-oriented mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Solid command of English - both written and spoken - is essential
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
