The company emphasises innovation, sustainability, and providing climate-smart seed solutions to support Thai farmers.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual and monthly sales and collection plans, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
  • Identify and on board B2B/B2C customers, implement customer management policies to build loyalty and grow business share.
  • Plan and lead fresh corn and vegetable seed demos at grower sites; collaborate with R&D for hybrid selection and ensure effective field execution.
  • Drive promotional activities like field days and farmer meetings, provide technical support, and ensure product visibility to gain market share.
  • Responsible for regular reports on sales, demos, and promotional efforts, while gathering and analysing market data for strategic insights.
  • Lead and manage sales team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Educational Background in Science, Agriculture or any related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years in vegetable seed, agricultural industries as sales and market development fields.
  • Strong local network among dealers, brokers, and farmers.
  • Proficient in Thai and English.
  • Strong initiative, flexibility under pressure, and capable of managing and developing a sales team.
