Job Description

  • Overseeing daily operations within the Engineering and Technician team.
  • Implementing strategies to increase productivity and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Managing resources effectively to meet department goals
  • Liaising with other department heads to align strategies and objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for operational improvements
  • Reporting on department performance to senior management

The Successful Applicant

A successful Operation Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or a related field
  • Governance contract management experience
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the technical products
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team
  • Experience to deal with governance contract
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
