Job Description



  • Lead plant operations by aligning departmental objectives with company strategy; manage lubricant production efficiently and safely while collaborating cross-functionally to meet key performance targets.


  • Drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma and Lean methodologies; lead strategic process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, quality, and sustainability.


  • Oversee manpower planning and development, including performance appraisals, coaching, training, and recruitment to build a capable and motivated production team.


  • Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001, quality systems, and EHS regulations; foster a strong safety culture using the "You See, You Act" approach and safety calendar engagement.


  • Manage production planning and resource utilization, including setting KPIs, solving process issues, improving product quality, optimizing materials and costs, and controlling inventory.



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Science, Industrial Management, or related field. Relevant experience in rubber, medical devices, or similar manufacturing may be considered in lieu of formal education.


  • Minimum 8 years in industrial manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a production or operations management role. The expereince in cosmetic or personal care is require.


  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, efficiency optimization, and safety standards, especially in high-volume manufacturing environments.


  • Proven ability to lead teams, make sound decisions, manage time and resources, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively across departments.


  • Willingness to travel for plant visits, stakeholder meetings, or to oversee new process implementations.
