Job Description

  • Accountable for achieving sales budgets through managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities in the fragrance and FMCG sectors.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Analyses market trends and customer needs to formulate innovative short- and long-term strategies; provides market intelligence to internal teams.
  • Leads and coordinates customer projects efficiently, manages territories, forecasts sales, and sets actionable goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in sales, account management, business development, and marketing within the fragrance and FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with expertise in forecasting, territory planning, and key account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced in analysing market trends to develop short- and long-term growth strategies.
  • Highly organised with effective time management to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, and clear strategic thinking.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience from fragrance industry experience and an eye for beauty/cosmetics are added advantages.
